Channraksmeychhoukroth Dany

Channraksmeychhoukroth Dany is a fresh LL.M. (Master of Laws) graduate in Comparative Law program from Nagoya University. Her master thesis’s title, “Methodologies for Delimiting the Adjacent Maritime Boundary between Cambodia and Thailand: A View on International Jurisprudence”, received a recognition from her supervisor for its comprehensive, critical, and workable solution. Her research interest centers on Law of the Sea, International Criminal Law, and International Environmental Law. Having been competed in various moot competitions (national and international) such as the 2015 Willem C. Vis (East), the 2013 Cambodian Moot Trial Competition, the 2013 Willem C. Vis (East), and the 2011 Cambodian Client Counseling Competition, she has obtained valuable skills and experiences in legal profession.
